Short version: we collect as little as we can, and we never sell it.

What we collect

• Comments: your name, email and comment. Your email is never shown publicly. WordPress stores your IP address and browser details with the comment to help with spam.
• Pitch Us: what you send us, your name and email, and whether it’s OK to read it on air.
• Merch orders: what you need to buy something — name, address, email — handled by our store (WooCommerce).

Cookies

We use the cookies WordPress and WooCommerce need to run the site and your cart. If you tick the box when commenting, your name and email are remembered for next time.

Avatars

Comment avatars come from Gravatar: a hash of your email is sent to Gravatar to show your picture if you have one.

Visitor statistics

We count visits with Matomo, an analytics tool run on our own servers, not Google’s. It tells us which pages and episodes get read and roughly where visitors come from. It sets a first-party cookie, and the data is never sold or shared with advertisers.
